  Request to Secure Plant Material

Dear <<type name here>>:

In response to your request for quotation for the <<type project name here>> project, El Nativo Growers, Inc. will be able to provide the following:

These quoted prices will be good for 30 days.  The prices include the growing and maintenance of the listed items.  Delivery charges will be calculated using the latest version of our delivery guidelines. We will require a signed copy of this document and ($___) non-refundable deposit to secure this material until <<DELIVERY DATE>>.  <<COMPANY NAME>> understand that the deposit will be applied towards the final invoice for this project.  The contractor cannot apply the deposit towards other invoices for this project or for any other outstanding invoices. In the event that the plant material is not delivered in its entirety by <<DATE>> El Nativo Growers, Inc. will incorporate the remainder of the plant material into the normal inventory and the contractor will forfeit <<PERCENTAGE>> of the deposit for these species. After this date, the contractor understands that the material may not be available for delivery and that it may not be available at the prices listed in this proposal. No plant material will be held after <<DATE>> without an additional agreement between El Nativo Growers, Inc. and <<CONTRACTOR>>.
