This close up picture of Blue Moor Grass does not show you the true beauty of the grass.  This low growing grass has silvery blue and green foliage with small light brown inflorescence.  It tolerates full sun or partial shade.  It can be used  in border plantings, in front of colorful perennials or in mass plantings as a groundcover.
